Reviews
Lead time matched the listing. Left Los Angeles on schedule and the carton was intact.

Took the quoted pack window. Tracking updated the morning it left the dock.

Solid origin lot and the riser recliner chair(no shipments on weekends) sits right. No mystery brand markup.

Q&A
Is this the same as the retail-floor version?
It is an origin-run SKU in origin lot, source colorway, packed by Harbor Mill Co. Not a store leftover.
What if the lot is damaged?
Open a return from the receipt within 30 days, or email [email protected] with the order id.
Can I change color after I pay?
Each colorway is its own SKU. Cancel is not available after Stripe captures — reorder the colorway you want.
